Overview
Under the guidance of the chef you will prepare some of the traditional dishes. You will learn the techniques for making fresh pasta such as tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, tortellini, ravioli. Finally you will prepare the Tiramisu, following the original recipe.
At the end of the cooking class there is a 3-course menu with tasting of the dishes that have been prepared, accompanied by a good wine.
The menu is agreed in advance and personalized on the basis of food intolerances and preferences.

A cooking class in the family atmosphere of our cooking school where you can really get your hands dirty!
You will prepare ravioli, tagliatelle, tortellini, farfalle with your own hands and finally Tiramisu with the original recipe. Together we will create the dishes that you can then taste accompanied by a good wine, in our splendid 1700s inn.
